Stress is a big and commonplace problem for almost
all people nowadays. It can be defined as the way you
feel when you are undder pressure. Lives are likely to
bring lots of unpredictable events causing stress. They
can be mental, physical and emotinal issues. There is a
fact that while some people are vunerable to stress,
others can control it on their ways. However, you may
reduce its negative effects by deeply understanding its
causes.
In the first place, it can’t be denied that stress is
caused by physical problems including lack of living
conditions and healthy issues. According to a 2012
survey, there are about a billion people all over the
world confronting the deficiency of food, drink and much
more. That’s why they are always worried about their
lives and disappointed at how good their future will be.
Poverty indirectly leads to many other bad consequences
such as family tensions and emotional or mental
depressions. Going down with diseases brings about
serious pessimism. As you are concerned, in many cases,
people suicide to get escape suffering stress.
Another common cause of stress is mental
problems. First, many people have no positive attitudes
to their life. They often feel uncertain and pessimistic
when they have to cope with many challenges. In
addition, unrealistic demands also make them stressful.
They set such high goals that they are not able to satisfy
their expectations. Moreover, a nervous breakdown can
be a result of getting busy with their work. The problem
is they lack a rational time management between work
and relax, work and family, and so on…
Last but not least, physical problems can cause
stress. It’s certain that in your life sometimes you will be
in trouble with other relationships. You may not get on
well with your family, your friends or your colleagues…
In your family, you can contradict with your parents. It
is really a bad situation when most people choose to
keep silent and they become more stressful. Not only is
the cause of stress from family relationships but also
you can have difficulty in friend relationships. If you
have a bad friend, he don’t like you and always speal ill
of you, you surely feel sad and finally face with pressure.
In conclusion, emotional, mental and physical
problems are responsible for stress. They make people
overwhelmed with tense situations resulting in extreme
consequences. It is obvious that modern life has made
human’s life more and more stressful. However, people
can minimize the harmful effects of strain by leading a
healthier life, having optimistic outlooks and balancing
the mental life. By these, people will definitely be more
satisfied with their own life and then raise the standard
of living.
