The objectives - Content: Rice cooking festival, past simple tense - By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to revise the vocab and tructures about the rice-cooking festival. They’ll use the language to write a report on a festival they’ve joined recently B. Materials: Pictures, OHP, transparencies, posters Work arrangements: Individuals, pairs, groups, T-WC Anticipated problems: Ss have rarely taken part in festival so they’ve known little about them and it’s difficult for them to report back C. Procedure I. Warmer Running dictation Ask ss to work in groups of 8 Ss write on the transparencies, show them on the OHP Check the origin II.
