1 INTRODUCTION 1. While scientists continue to study the theory of enrollment quality management, the practical operation of enrollment in military academies and schools still takes place, forcing managers to give take measures to handle situations. Currently, there is no work or author to study in a fundamental, systematic, intensive way about enrollment and military enrollment management. From the above reasons, the PhD student selected the research topic: "Enrollment management of military academies and schools in the context of educational innovation" as a research topic. 2. Research purpose and tasks 2.1.
