The research also proposes a theoretical model concerning the relationship between on the job behaviors factors linked to the organization of staff. It was developed based on theory and on-the-Job behaviors model of Lehman and Simpson (1992), including 4factors: Job control, cognitive demand and production responsibility; Supervisor – related commitment; Fairness perceptions of an organizational policy; Goal and process Clarity. Research methods used to test the hypotheses, it is the quantitative methods, with the survey questionnaire to collect the comments and samples n = 268. The scale was evaluated through Cronbach's alpha and factor analysis, to test the reliability and validity, research hypotheses were tested through analysis of Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression.
