Thuận lợi: 1. Nhà trường: - Nhà trường luôn có kỷ cương nề nếp tốt tạo môi trường học tập tốt cho học sinh. - Tạo điều kiện giúp đỡ nâng cao chuyên môn nghiệp vụ, phân công đúng chuyên ngành đào tạo. - Nhà trường có đủ cơ sở vật chất để phục vụ giảng dạy môn Tiếng Anh như băng, đài, đĩa, tranh, máy chiếu. 2. Tổ chuyên môn : - Tổ, nhúm chuyên môn thường xuyên sinh hoạt chuyên môn mỗi tháng 2 lần. Các thành viên trong tổ thường xuyên trao đổi sinh hoạt chuyên môn. - Tổ tổ chức các buổi hội thảo chuyên đề để đi sâu vào từng nội dung nhờ đó mà các tổ viên nắm vững và thực hiện tốt các qui định về chuyên môn. 3. Giáo viên: - Giáo viên nhiệt tình giảng dạy, say sưa chuyên môn ham học hỏi, có kiến thức và năng lực, cú một số kinh nghiệm trong việc giảng dạy và giáo dục học sinh. 4. Học sinh: - Phần lớn học sinh đã xác định được động cơ, thái độ học tập đúng đắn: học để lấy kiến thức, hiểu biết, học để kiểm tra hết học kì, hết năm và có hành trang kiến thức sau này. - Từ năm học 2012-2013 đến nay, Sở GD- ĐT Hà Nam tổ chức thi vào THPT 3 môn bắt buộc: Văn- Toán - Anh với tất cả học sinh, nên phụ huynh và học sinh cũng lưu tâm đến việc học Tiếng Anh và bản thõn cỏc em cũng biết tự học hơn. - Đây là năm thứ 3 các em đã được học chương trình tiếng Anh mới ở trường THCS trờn toàn tỉnh . Các em đã làm quen với phương pháp học tập mới. Các em có đầy đủ sách giáo khoa, sách bài tập và vở bài tập. Chương trình sách giỏo khoa phù hợp với lứa tuổi nên rất kích thích sự hứng thú học tập của các em. Nhiều em có ý thức học tập tốt như các em: 8A :Thục Anh, Thảo, Giang, Vân , Hiền , 8B :Việt Quang , Hiếu , Thảo Nguyên.... 8 C: Hiền Trang , Minh Tâm .. 7B: Đức Anh , Tùng Dương , Hồng Hạnh , Hà My ..... ,7D;Tiến Dũng , Hương Giang , Hiển , Hoàng Huyền Trang , Thùy Linh , 7 E : Trường Giang , Trang Anh , Thành Đạt ,Diễm Quỳnh , 7 G :Minh Tâm , Yến, Ngọc, Thu Hằng - Học sinh có đủ sách giáo khoa, sách bài tập, vở ghi theo qui định và một số học sinh khá giỏi có thêm sách tham khảo. Kế hoạch cá nhân năm học 2017 - 2018 Trường THCS Trường Quốc Toản Mai Thị Lành - Số học sinh khá giỏi được chia đều ở các lớp nên phong trào học tập ở các lớp sôi nổi , các em có ý thức học hỏi nhau, thi đua nhau cùng tiến bộ. Phần lớn học sinh đã xác định được động cơ, thái độ học tập đúng đắn, nhất là học sinh lớp 8 xác định được tầm quan trọng của bộ mụn. - Đa số phụ huynh rất quan tâm đến việc học tiếng Anh cũng như các môn học khác của con em mình. Các gia đình thường xuyên có mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với nhà trường, cùng phối hợp giáo dục các em. B. Khó khăn: 1. Nhà trường : - Tài liệu tham khảo, bồi dưỡng Anh 7,8 theo chương trình sách giáo khoa mới chưa phong phú. - Do điều kiện nhà trường còn thiếu phòng nên chưa có phòng học tiếng riêng, học 2 ca . 2. Giáo viên: - Giáo viên dạy nhiều lớp, chéo khối nên không có nhiều thời gian đầu tư vào môn học mà dàn trải đều ở các khối lớp. 3. Học sinh : - Là năm thứ 4 học đại trà chương trình sách giáo khoa mới của toàn tỉnh, kiến thức dài và khú so với các học sinh trung bình và yếu. - Số học sinh yếu kém còn nhiều, tập trung ở cỏc lớp 7B, 7D,7G, 7E,8A 8B, 8C. Nguyên nhân do các em mải chơi, không tận dụng hết thời gian học tập ở nhà vì thế mà kiến thức các em còn bị hổng, bị mất gốc ở lớp dưới. - Một số em bị cuốn hút bởi phim ảnh và nhiều chương trình ti vi, máy tính nên dẫn tới thiếu sự tập trung, thiếu chú ý học tập. - Một số em sinh ra trong gia đình khó khăn hoặc gia đình không hạnh phúc không quan tâm đến con cái hoặc năng lực học tập rất hạn chế như :8A: Tuân , Đăng , Hoàng Sơn , 8B: Lộc (8 B) , Bảo Minh, Khánh chi , (8B)....; 8 C : Quang Khải, Văn Khải , Hữu Duy , 7D : vũ Dũng, Kiệt , Tiến 7 E : Quang , Minh Sơn Quang Huy , Khánh , 7G: Hương Giang , Khôi , Vũ tiến, Trung Thành ... - Các em chưa thật quen với phương pháp học tập mới, môi trường ngoại ngữ còn nhiều hạn chế, phương tiện nghe nhìn cá nhân hầu như không có, do vậy đã ảnh hưởng không ít đến việc học tập của các em. II. Những nhiệm vụ được giao: 1. Dạy Anh Văn lớp : 8 A , 8 B, 8 C , 7 B, 7 D. 7 G , 7 E 2. Bồi dưỡng học sinh giỏi 8 III. Chỉ tiêu phấn đấu: 1.Về chất lượng đại trà: Xếp thứ 2 trở lên. Giáo án : - Thực hiện soạn giảng đúng quy định về nề nếp chuyên môn. Soạn và ký duyệt đúng lịch , đảm bảo đầy đủ nội dung và có chất lượng . 5, Đồ dùng dạy học : - Sử dụng triệt để các thiết bị dạy học : Sách giáo khoa , băng đài , má chiếu …. 6. Dự giờ : - Dự giờ ít mhất 1 tiết trên tuần . Dự giờ của đông nghiệp trong và ngoài trường .Đóng góp ý kiến rút kinh nghiệm và học hỏi kinh nghiệm . 7. Kiểm tra : a) Kiểm tra theo quy định : - Mỗi học sinh có 2 điểm miệng/ 1 học kỳ . Chú ý học sinh yếu kém kiểm tra miệng nhiều hơn. - 15 phút: 2-3 lần/1 học kỳ. - Kiểm tra định kỳ: Theo quy định. b) Kiểm tra thêm : - Kiểm tra miệng thêm với học sinh yếu kém. - Kiểm tra sách vở,đồ dùng của học sinh. Chú ý nhiểu h¬n ®Õn häc sinh viÕt cÈu th¶, lêi häc. 9. C«ng t¸c kh¸c : a. C«ng t¸c lµm phæ cËp : - Hoµn chØnh mäi hå s¬ sæ s¸ch cã liªn quan ®Õn phæ cËp cña tæ, sè liÖu thèng kª phæ cËp khíp víi c¸c lo¹i hå s¬ sæ s¸ch. b. C«ng t¸c kh¸c: - Hoµn thµnh tèt mäi nhiÖm vô ®ưîc giao. IV . C¸c biÖn ph¸p thùc hiÖn : 1. N©ng cao chÊt lîng thùc hiÖn nÒn nÕp chuyªn m«n, c¶i tiÕn ph¬ng ph¸p gi¶ng d¹y: - Thùc hiÖn ra vµo líp ®óng giê, ®óng quy ®Þnh, tËn dông 45 phót trªn líp, ¸p dông ph¬ng ph¸p míi vµo gi¶ng d¹y ph¸t huy tÝnh tÝch cùc tù gi¸c cña häc sinh trong ho¹t ®éng häc tËp. - So¹n gi¶ng ®óng lÞch, ®óng ph©n phèi ch¬ng tr×nh. Khi so¹n chó ý ®Õn c¸c ®èi tîng häc sinh. TËn dông, su tÇm ®å dïng gi¶ng d¹y. Nghiªn cøu kü c¸c kiÕn thøc trong tõng tiÕt d¹y. So¹n gi¸o ¸n chi tiÕt, kÕt hîp rÌn luyÖn 4 kü n¨ng: Nghe, nãi, ®äc, viÕt. 2. KiÓm tra : - KiÓm tra thêng xuyªn lµ biÖn ph¸p tèt nhÊt ®Ó gi¸o viªn kÞp thêi n¾m b¾t ®îc t×nh h×nh häc tËp vµ nhËn thøc cña häc sinh. V× thÕ ngoµi kiÓm tra häc sinh theo quy ®Þnh t«i sÏ tËn dông thêi gian kiÓm tra miÖng, kiÓm tra thªm 15’. Trong kiÓm tra ®éng viªn khÝch lÖ ®Ó c¸c em cè g¾ng h¬n, tiÕn bé h¬n. Nh÷ng häc sinh yÕu, kÐm t«i sÏ kiÓm tra nh÷ng kiÕn thøc ®¬n gi¶n h¬n ®Ó c¸c em gì ®iÓm. - KiÓm tra vë bài tập, vë ghi, chuÈn bÞ bµi cña häc sinh / hk Kế hoạch cá nhân năm học 2017 - 2018 Trường THCS Trường Quốc Toản Mai Thị Lành - KiÓm tra theo qui ®Þnh: 2 bµi 1 tiÕt, 1 bµi häc k× / hk - KiÓm tra 15’ sau c¸c bµi «n tËp ng÷ ph¸p vµ sau c¸c kÜ n¨ng. - KiÓm tra häc sinh qua ho¹t ®éng nhãm, cÆp… 3. Tham gia båi dìng häc sinh giái, phô ®¹o häc sinh yÕu kÐm : - Cã kÕ ho¹ch phô ®¹o häc sinh yÕu kÐm vµ båi dìng häc sinh giái. * Víi häc sinh yÕu kÐm : - Gióp häc sinh cã nh÷ng kiÕn thøc c¬ b¶n, gi¶ng gi¶i, kÌm cÆp thªm ngoµi giê cho c¸c em th«ng qua c¸c h×nh thøc tËp luyÖn. * Víi häc sinh kh¸ giái : - Cã c¸c c©u hái ®Ó cñng cè, n©ng cao vµ ph¸t triÓn t duy cho c¸c em häc sinh. Su tÇm c¸c bµi tËp ë c¸c s¸ch tham kh¶o, n©ng cao cho c¸c em lµm . Gi¸o viªn híng dÉn vµ ch÷a cho c¸c em. Ph©n c«ng häc sinh thµnh nhãm, ®«i b¹n häc tËp ®Ó c¸c em gióp nhau trong häc tËp. 4. KÕt hîp chÆt chÏ víi c¸c lùc lîng gi¸o dôc : - Cïng víi gi¸o viªn chñ nhiÖm theo dâi sù tiÕn bé cña c¸c em vÒ ý thøc tæ chøc kû luËt, vÒ nhËn thøc. Thêng xuyªn th«ng tin trao ®æi víi c¸c bËc cha mÑ häc sinh. 5. Tù båi dìng : - Häc hái ®ång nghiÖp vÒ chuyªn m«n, vÒ kinh nghiÖm gi¶ng daþ vµ gi¸o dôc häc sinh. Tham gia c¸c buæi sinh ho¹t chuyªn m«n cña trêng, Phßng, Së theo ®óng lÞch, cã hiÖu qu¶. 6. C«ng t¸c kh¸c : a. C«ng t¸c lµm phæ cËp : - Hoµn chØnh mäi hå s¬ sæ s¸ch cã liªn quan ®Õn phæ cËp cña tæ, sè liÖu thèng kª phæ cËp khíp víi c¸c lo¹i hå s¬ sæ s¸ch. - §iÒu tra s¸t víi tõng hé gia ®×nh, n¾m b¾t ®îc ®Æc ®iÓm cña tõng hé ®iÒu tra. b.
