INTRODUCTION
1. Urgency of of the topic
From the very beginning, the Vietnamese working class, whose
vanguard was the Communist Party of Viet Nam, has always highlighted
the revolutionary nature of the people and led the people to make great
historic victories. Today, in the cause of socialist reform, the revolutionary
role, the leadership role and the pioneer of the working class become more
important and decisive. In order to build up a strong working class of
Vietnamese workers in order to meet the requirements of the revolution in
the new period, the documents of the 12th National Assembly depict
clearly the following: Concerns, education, training, fostering and
development of the class to protect the rights and interests of workers, both
in terms of quantity and quality, to improve their political will, education,
professional skills, industrial skills and labor discipline; improve the
material and spiritual life of workers. Thus, building the working class is

In the national liberation revolution, Quang Ninh is one of the cradles
of the workers' movement throughout the country. In the renewal process,
Quang Ninh is a land of great potential for economic development with
many workers in many fields such as heavy industry, service - tourism, sea
port, agriculture - forestry - fishery, border gate ... Among the workers in
