You can not reverse the FW below a CTP version FTT BE Training What is a DLM Doremi Licence Manager • This can enable a particular feature or function and control what SM / FW is ingested • A DLM has validity dates, just like a KDM, with start and end dates • SM & FW DLMs are only valid for 3 months • Time adjustment DLMs are normal 12 months • Dolby 3D DLMs are valid until 2029 What is a DLM Doremi Licence Manager • When upgrading the SM or FW, you need to ingest the pkg and DLM at the same time, or the ingest will fail • DLMs are listed in Control Panel/License Manager • All DLMs are stored in drmreport.tgz\doremi\tmp\sm_dlms • All DLMs are listed by UUID in the drmreport.txt, search “--getdlms” it is just above “IP Interfaces” in the log What is a DLM Doremi Licence Manager • IncreaseAdjustmentLimit_IMB.dlm The IMB following DCI spec is only allowing the RTC to be drifted / be adjusted by +/-6min. To ensure RTC correct NTP will automatically check the time via NTP. The IncreaseAdjustment DLM authorize the IMB to allow RTC to be adjusted by +/-30min during the validity of this DLM, this DLM should not be used in a CTP compliant unit • Must have a minimum SM version 2.0.8
