The advantages of living in the countryside Living in the countryside is good because of these reasons: - The first, living in the countryside can bring you a clean environment. The air is fresh and there are lots of trees, lakes and rivers,... There is little traffic so there is no traffic jam. - The second, the cost of living in the countryside is low. Everything in the countryside is cheaper than the city so you can save a lot of money. - Finally, people in the countryside are friendly and open. They often talk and help each other. In short, there are many benefits of living in the countryside Speaking Topic 5. The disadvantages of living in the city Living in the city has some disadvantages: - First, the air in the city is very polluted because of the smoke from factories, cars, buses, motobikes. And there are not many trees, lakes, rivers. - Second, the cost of living in the city is high, you have to buy everything and everything is expensive - Third, the traffic in the city is very bad. The roads are small and bad. There are a lot of cars, buses, motobikes,... so there are a lot of traffic jam. In short, i don’t like living in the city. Speaking Topic 6. The means of transport you like/hate most I like bicycle most for these reasons: - First, travelling by bicycle is very cheap. You don’t have to buy petrol or gas. So that, you can save money - Second, going by bicycle is good way to protect environment because bicycle does not produce smoke into the air. - Third going by bicycle can help you have a good health because this is good way of doing exersise - Finally, it is also very easy for you to get through the traffic jam because the bicycle is small and light In short, i like bicycle because it brings us many benefits Speaking Topic 7. Talk about your weekend activities I like weekend because i can do what i want. I often get up late on saturday morning at about 8 or 9. And then my family has breakfast. After that we go a bar to drink coffee. Sometimes we come back home to have lunch somtimes we have lunch in a restaurant In the afternoon, my family often goes to visit the grandparents. We usually have dinner there On sunday, we usually go to the supermarket to buy food for the whole week and play sports together. I often play badminton with my brother. Sometimes we go on a picnic with my friends. I like going to the countryside. On sunday evenings I go to bed early because I will have lots of work on monday.
